All products are sold and to be paid in Hong Kong Dollars.​

Payment Terms

(A) Stock items:

Payment should be settled in real-time for online orders (except for order opting for offline settlement); or within 3 days from invoice date for orders placed via phone, email or instant messaging platforms. If payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return items to stock for other customers without further notice.

There are no surcharges for payments via online payment gateway, bank transfer, FPS, cash/cheque deposit.

- Please keep a copy of the transfer slip and send to us as proof as payment and reference.

(B) Cheque Payment:

- Make cheque payable to "The Winspear Ltd" and deposit to the bank account in (A) above.- Delivery will only be arranged after the cheque is cleared by the bank which usually takes about 1-2 working days.
- Please keep a copy of the deposit slip and send to us as proof payment and reference.

Local Shipping (within Hong Kong)

All deliveries will be made using temperature-controlled delivery services.

Delivery is free-of-charge for orders reaching HK$1,000 or 6 bottles; for order under HK$1,000 or 6 bottles, a flat fee of HK$150 per delivery will apply.

Delivery Schedule -

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories* : Everyday, Mondays - Saturdays
*Tung Chung: Deliveries will need to be scheduled one week in advance; Park Island, Discovery Bay and Other Outlying Islands: No delivery service can be provided to these locations at the moment.

Delivery Time: 12pm - 8pm (Two Time Slots: (12pm - 4pm) & (4pm-8pm)

- Do let us know if there is a specific delivery timing that would be preferred and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Cut-Off Time

- All deliveries will need to be scheduled before 12noon 2 working day in advance of the requested date of delivery.

Liability
- We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages including lost bargain, lost profit, lost reputation, loss of anticipated savings.

  • Customer should examine all the items at the time of delivery and notify the company immediately in case of any damages and/or deficiencies. If any wine is considered to be faulty, customer MUST notify the company within 2 working days, with photos or videos as reference for examination. (Return arrangement if applicable.) No complains will be considered later than 2 working days of delivery.

  • Company reserves the rights for any disagreement raised by return and refund policy.
